I chose to do my photo blitz in the store that I work at, which has a lot of home decor, and clothing. It is a very diverse store with lots of different themes within it in their own sections. Since each one has its own vibe, it was easy to find the type of theme I needed for each category. The experience was fun because I loved experimenting and finding the type of scene that I wanted to create, kind of like a scavenger hunt. The best photos that I captured had to do with using reflection, which I didn’t see as a tool that photographers use as often, which I am surprised about because I think it looks gorgeous. I loved using light color schemes rather than dark ones, and wasn’t really a fan of shadows either.
